Common use of Notice of Reductions Clause in Contracts

Notice of Reductions. Each notice of reduction or prepayment given -------------------- pursuant to Section 3.4, 3.5 or 3.6 shall be irrevocable, shall specify the date upon which such reduction or prepayment is to be made and, in the case of a notice of prepayment, shall obligate Borrower to make such prepayment on such date. Borrower may not give a notice of reduction of a part of the Commitment pursuant to Section 3.6 at any time prior to the date so specified in any previous such notice.
