Common use of Notice of Rates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Rates. Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Euro Borrower and Euro Lender of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Borrower and Euro Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each the applicable Euro Sterling Borrower and Euro Lender Sterling Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Sterling Borrower and Euro Sterling Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro U.S. Borrower and Euro U.S. Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify Lenders and the applicable Euro Borrower and Euro Lenders Borrowers of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Borrower Prologis and Euro Lenders each Lender of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, The Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Borrower Company and Euro the Lenders of any change in Administrative AgentBank of America’s “prime rate” rate used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.
