Notice of Probation. An employee placed on probation due to inadequate performance must be so advised in writing. The Supervisor will notify the Union and the Labour Relations Manager in writing not later than the starting date of the probationary period. Where termination for inadequate performance is contemplated for regular employees, the probationary period prior to termination will not be less than three (3) months.
