Notice of Permitted Payments. The Managing Member shall promptly give Notice to the Preferred Member and the Preferred Asset Manager of payment of any Cost Overrun permitted by subsection (d), any Fixed Cost permitted by subsection (e) or any Emergency Cost permitted by subsection (f) and shall include reference to each such payment in its next Monthly Statement pursuant to Section 11.3, together with explanatory notes on the reason for such cost overruns.
