Excepted Payments. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Security Documents, any Excepted Payment received at any time by the Agent shall be distributed promptly to the Person entitled to receive such Excepted Payment.
Excepted Payments. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture including this Section 3 or any provision of any of the Operative Documents to the contrary, any Excepted Payments received or held by the Indenture Trustee at any time shall promptly be paid or distributed by the Indenture Trustee to the Person or Persons entitled thereto.
