NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTES. Borrower will notify Agent in writing (i), promptly upon Borrower’s learning thereof, of (a) any labor dispute to which Borrower may become a party and which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect or (b) any strikes, walkouts, or lockouts relating to any of its plants or other facilities, and (ii) the entering into of any material labor contract relating to any of its plants or other facilities.
