Notice of Contract Discrepancy. Verbal or written notification of a Contract discrepancy will be made to the Contract Manager or designee as soon as possible whenever a Contract discrepancy is identified. The Contract Manager shall resolve the problem within a time period agreed upon by the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR.

  • Notice of Overpayment If the Contractor receives a vendor overpayment notice or a letter communicating the existence of an overpayment from DSHS, the Contractor may protest the overpayment determination by requesting an adjudicative proceeding.
