Nonexclusive Remedies. All of the Lender’s rights and remedies not only under the provisions of this Agreement but also under any other agreement or transaction shall be cumulative and not alternative or exclusive, and may be exercised by the Lender at such time or times and in such order of preference as the Lender in its sole discretion may determine. No course of dealing and no delay or omission on the part of Lender in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such right or any other right and waiver on any one or more occasions shall not be construed as a bar to or waiver of any right or remedy of Lender on any future occasion.
