Nonexclusive Remedy. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under this Agreement will be without prejudice to its other remedies under this Agreement or otherwise.
Nonexclusive Remedy. Termination of this Agreement by either party will be a nonexclusive remedy for breach and will be without prejudice to any other right or remedy of such party.

Nonexclusive Remedy. The Licensee will make any changes to its use of the Yahoo Brand Features as requested by Yahoo. The foregoing remedy shall be in addition to any other legal and equitable rights that Yahoo may possess relating to Licensee's use of the Yahoo Brand Features.

The rights of Beneficiaries to indemnification from this Trust are limited to the assets of the Trust, but this does not limit any Beneficiary’s rights, if any, to indemnification (without duplication) from Grantor, or other Grantor arrangements or obligations, including but not limited to any applicable insurance coverage.

The indemnification provisions in this Agreement shall not be deemed to preclude the exercise of any other rights or the pursuit of any other remedies for the breach of this Agreement or with respect to any misrepresentations or breaches of representations, warranties or covenants by either TBS or the Stockholders, on the one hand, or MCSC on the other hand, including specific performance, rescission or other equitable remedies.
