Common use of Non-State Agency Clause in Contracts

Non-State Agency. The Contractor may conduct credit evaluations for Non-State Agencies intending to use the Contract and deny services to Non-State Agencies that do not meet the Bidder’s standard commercial risk qualifications. The successful Contractor shall notify the Non-State Agency in writing that their use of the Contract has been denied based on an unsatisfactory credit rating.
