NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT. The Board and the Association agree that there will be no discrimination in hiring, training, assignment, promotion, transfer, or discipline of teachers or in application or administration of this Agreement or any other rule, regulation, or policy relating to the terms and conditions of a teacher’s employment on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity*, domicile, place of birth, marital status, age, or handicap under the provisions of state and federal entitlements, protections, and guidelines. *The gender identity protection, as it is specifically stated, does not impact the right of the Board to adopt a reasonable standard for workplace dress.
