Non-Discrimination in Client Services. The Agency shall not deny an otherwise qualified individual any services or other benefits provided under the Project Services Agreement on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, creed, marital status, age, sexual orientation, political ideology, ancestry, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap. The Agency shall not discriminate on any of the foregoing grounds in the awarding of any contract, in the provision of services, or in other activities made possible by the Project Services Agreement.
