Non-Discretionary Federal Awards. If the Federal Awarding Agency approved the Budget contemplated in this Agreement, then the Awarding Official Contact may, in writing, informally approve amendments to the Budget only upon receipt of written approval of such amendments by the Federal Awarding Agency.
