Non-Critical Errors Clause Samples
Non-Critical Errors. (a) If MERCK discovers that the Codexis Software fails to function in accordance with the Documentation, or there is an issue with the Documentation, but such failure or issue is a Non-Critical Error, the MERCK Support Liaison shall notify the Codexis Project Manager by e-mail (only) of the Non-Critical Error in question and provide CODEXIS (so far as MERCK is reasonably able) with a documented example of such Non-Critical Error.
(b) Upon receipt of MERCK’s notice of a Non-Critical Error, the Codexis Project Manager will log the issue. CODEXIS will then prioritize the Non-Critical Error for corrective action, and, if warranted, use commercially good faith efforts to address the issue in the next release or Update of the Codexis Software or Documentation.
Non-Critical Errors. Cannot find bitmap The function WGBitmap or WGBitmapNorm could not find a specified bitmap. ERR_NOBRUSH 17 Cannot create brush ERR_NOPEN 18 Cannot create pen ERR_PRINTER 19 Printer error Error was reported by a printer driver, or it is caused by failure to create a printer device context. ERR_PRT_OUTOFDISK 20 Printer Spooler out of disk space ERR_PRT_OUTOFMEM 21 Printer Spooler out of memory ERR_FILEREAD 23 Cannot read file FileName ERR_FILEWRITE 24 Cannot write file FileName ERR_NOMEMBITMAP 26 Not enough memory for bitmap BitmapName ERR_WRONGDATASET 27 Incorrect data set dimension for FunctionName An independent variables' array of a group data set does not have correct dimension for the WGHighLowClose, WGErrorBars, or WGFloatingBars function. ERR_ILLEGAL_FUNC_OBJ 29 Illegal editing function for FunctionName A graphical object with inappropriate type was specified for function FunctionName.
Non-Critical Errors. For Errors other than Critical Errors, Inter-Tel shall use its best efforts to promptly correct them through the development and provision of corrective code for the Software. Inter-Tel shall replace any "work-around," "patches,." or other temporary correction provided to QUALCOMM in response to an Error with a permanent correction in accordance with a delivery schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties.
