Common use of Non-Consent Operations Clause in Contracts

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in Schedule 3.18, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has not yet recovered its full participation.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in Schedule 3.185.17, and to Seller’s Knowledge, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted with respect to the Purchased Seller’s Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has not yet recovered its full participation.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided set forth in Schedule 3.185.17, to the knowledge of Seller, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted on the Assets with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement or other agreement and with respect to which Seller has all of Seller’s rights have not yet recovered its full participationreverted.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in Schedule 3.18to the Well, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted on the Properties with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating governing agreement and with respect to which Seller has all of Seller’s rights have not yet recovered its full participationreverted to it.

Non-Consent Operations. (a) Except as provided in set forth on Schedule 3.185.28, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party (under the terms of the applicable operating agreement or otherwise) and with respect to which Seller has not yet recovered its full participation.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided disclosed in such Seller’s Schedule 3.189.20, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted on the Assets in which such Seller owns an interest with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which such Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has all of such Seller’s rights have not yet recovered its full participationreverted to it.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in set forth on Disclosure Schedule 3.184.9, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted on the Assets with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which any Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has all of such Seller’s rights have not yet recovered its full participationreverted to it.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in Schedule 3.18, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has not yet recovered its full participation.

Non-Consent Operations. Except as provided in set forth on Schedule 3.184.16 or otherwise reflected on Exhibit A or Exhibit B, as applicable, as of the Execution Date, to Seller’s Knowledge, no operations are being conducted or have been conducted on the Assets with respect to the Purchased Assets as to which Seller has elected to be a nonconsenting non-consenting party under the terms of the applicable operating agreement and with respect to which Seller has all of Seller’s rights have not yet recovered its full participationreverted to it.
