Multiple Completion Limitation. Subject to Article 10.9, a Non-consent Operation shall not be conducted in a well having multiple Completions unless (a) each Completion is owned by the same Parties in the same proportions; (b) the well is incapable of producing from any Completion; or (c) all Participating Parties in the well consent to the operation.
