Cost Information. The Contractor shall maintain current actual cost information adequate to reflect the cost of performing the work under this contract at all times while the work is in progress, and shall prepare and furnish to Sandia such written estimates of cost and information in support thereof as the SCR may request.

Cost Information. Prior to administering a vaccine, the individual must be informed of the total cost of the vaccine(s), less any health insurance subsidization. If the vaccine is not covered by insurance, the individual must be informed of the possibility the vaccine may be covered when administered by a primary care provider.11
Cost Information. All disbursements will be based upon a detailed breakdown of the Project Costs as set forth in the Sworn Construction Statement attached as Exhibit A to the MLA. In the event that the Borrower becomes aware of any change in the approved Project Costs, which would increase the total cost in excess of $50,000.00 above the amount shown on the attached Sworn Construction Statement, the Borrower shall immediately notify the Lender in writing and promptly submit to the Lender for its approval a revised Sworn Construction Statement. OPERATOR shall furnish to the PARTIES a monthly statement showing operating expenses and the proceeds from the sale of production from the well for the preceding month.
Cost Information. Operator shall, within one hundred twenty (120) days after completion of a Non-consent Operation, furnish the Parties either (a) an inventory and an itemized statement of the cost of the Non-consent Operation and equipment pertaining thereto, or (b) a detailed statement of the monthly billings. Each month thereafter, while the Participatixx Xxxxxes are being reimbursed under Article 13.2.1 (Production Reversion Recoupment), Operator shall furnish the Non-participating Parties a monthly statement detailing all costs and liabilities incurred in the Non-consent Operation, together with a statement of the quantities of Hydrocarbons produced from it and the amount of the proceeds from the sale of the Non-participating Parties' relinquished Hydrocarbon production from the Nonconsent Operation for the preceding month. Operator shall prepare the monthly statement of the quantities of Hydrocarbons produced and the amounts of the proceeds from the sale of Non-participating Parties' relinquished Hydrocarbon production based on the proceeds received for the Operator's share of Hydrocarbon production. When Operator's payout calculation indicates that payout has occurred, Operator shall promptly notify all Parties. The Participating Parties who assumed a portion of ST/WD EPA JOA 35 the Non-participating Parties' relinquished interest shall then provide Operator all information pertaining to the cumulative proceeds received from the sale of the Non-participating Parties' relinquished Hydrocarbon production. Operator shall revise the payout date using the actual proceeds from the sale of the Non-participating Parties' relinquished Hydrocarbon production and administer any subsequent adjustments between the Parties.

The Parties shall keep such cost information confidential. Operator shall furnish to all Parties a monthly statement showing operating expenses and the proceeds from the sale of production from the well for the preceding month.

EI11 - EXCESS FREIGHT CHARGES When Sandia pays any amounts for freight charges in connection with this contract, Contractor is responsible for and shall pay to Sandia the amount of any excess freight charges if the routing specified in writing by the SCR is not used. If the specified routing cannot be used, Contractor shall promptly notify the SCR before shipment, and obtain new routing directions from the SCR.

Cost Information. If Borrower becomes aware of any change in the approved costs set forth in the Development Budget which could increase, change, or cause a reallocation of the costs as shown on the Development Budget, Borrower will immediately notify Lender in writing and promptly submit a proposed revised Development Budget to Lender. Lender has no obligation to make further Disbursements unless and until the revised Development Budget is approved in writing by Lender.
Cost Information. SDS shall maintain its records of expenses and other ----------------- records relating to the provisions of Services under this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. SDS shall maintain complete records of all activity in regard to this Agreement throughout the term of this Agreement and for a period of four (4) years thereafter, and shall allow any authorized representative of IPCS full access to such records as reasonably required from time to time, upon reasonable notice and during business hours.
