NON-COMPLIANCE AND TERMINATION Unacceptable Quality. 8.01 Despite the foregoing provisions regarding the calculation of payments, whenever an inspection indicates that the Work quality is less than the applicable minimum standard for the Treatment Type(s) in the Treatment Unit(s) the Province shall consider the Contractor’s performance to be unsatisfactory, and shall notify the Contractor accordingly.

  • RENEWAL AND TERMINATION A.   • Term Renewal and Termination 14.1. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed by a Federal court to be contrary to, or in violation of, any applicable existing law or regulation of the United States of America, only the conflicting provision(s) shall be deemed null and void, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
