DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. A. DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. A. DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. 7.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless sooner terminated as provided under this Article VII, shall remain in effect until the expiration of the last to expire Licensed Patent.

DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. A. Effective Date: The Effective Date of this Agreement is October 1, 2018, provided that CMS reported the proposal to re-establish this matching agreement to the Congressional committees of jurisdiction and OMB in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(2)(A) and (r) and OMB Circular A-108 and, upon completion of their advance review period, CMS published notice of the matching program in the Federal Register for a minimum of thirty days as required by 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(12).
DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. Section 1. Except for the provisions of Article XVIII, Rates of Pay relating to the $1200 and one percent (1%) wage increases, and Article XIX, Section 3.1 and Article XX A, this Agreement shall be effective upon ratification and shall continue in full force and effect until 12 o-clock midnight on the 30th day of September, 2015 2014. At least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the termination of this Agreement either party hereto shall notify the other party of intention to modify, amend or terminate this Agreement. Failure to notify the other party of intention to modify, amend or terminate, as hereinabove set forth, will automatically extend the provisions and terms of this Agreement for a period of one (1) year, and each year thereafter absent notification In the event the parties hereto desire to modify or amend this Agreement and have been unable to agree on said modification or amendment by the termination date of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate without further notice.
DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. 7.1 COMPANY is required to execute fully this Agreement and submit a fully executed original to USDA. If USDA does not receive the fully executed original within sixty (60) days from the date of USDA’s signature on this Agreement, then the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be withdrawn from further consideration by COMPANY and the Agreement shall be null and void. At its sole discretion, USDA may extend the sixty (60) day execution period, any such extension must be in provided in writing.
DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. 20:01 This Agreement shall be effective from 12:01 a.m. on the 1st. day of November 1, 2012 and shall remain in effect until midnight on October 31, 2015, and shall be automatically continued thereafter during periods of one year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing not more than ninety (90) days or less than sixty (60) days prior to either October 31st, 2015 or its subsequent annual expiration date, whichever is applicable, that a discontinuance or modification is desired. In the event of such notice, this Agreement will expire at midnight on its scheduled termination date. However, negotiations between the parties for the purpose of securing a replacing Agreement shall begin within twenty (20) days following such notification. If agreement regarding the provisions of a replacing Agreement is not reached prior to the scheduled expiration date of this Agreement, the parties may, pending further negotiations, extend this Agreement for a period or periods as may be mutually agreed.
