Work Quality. The Contractor warrants to the County that all services provided will be of good quality, in conformance with the highest standards of the profession and in conformance with this Agreement.
Work Quality. Unsatisfactory The employee demonstrates a lack of attention to quality work within the work assignment. Average The employee consistently completes work of a quality nature. Outstanding The employee completes quality work in every situation and consistently exceeds expectations.
Work Quality. Job knowledge; job skill; accuracy and neatness of work; quality of judgment, performance under pressure and new work situations.
Work Quality. 10.1 The Contractor shall guarantee the quality of its workmanship and follow all instructions given by the Contract Manager, shall select qualified skilled persons and personnel with competence and experience, shall make use of construction materials of quality in accordance with the technical specifications.
Work Quality. A. If the quality of work of an employee is deemed unsatisfactory at any time other than at his/her scheduled evaluation, the employee shall receive a written communication from the immediate supervisor. The process described in Article 13, Section 10 B shall be followed. The Association shall be furnished a copy of any written warning, reprimand, suspension, or dismissal at the request of the employee.
Work Quality. All work shall be completed in a quality manner and in compliance with all building and electrical codes, all other applicable laws, and all applicable utility requirements, including appropriate utility interconnection obligations.
Work Quality. I agree to represent in writing on each plan or other technical service document submitted to USDA or the program participant that the technical services rendered: (1) comply with all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and local laws and requirements, (2) meet applicable USDA standards, specifications, and program requirements, (3) are consistent with and meet the particular conservation program goals and objectives for which the program agreement or contract was entered into by the program participant or USDA, respectively, and (4) incorporate, where appropriate, low-cost alternatives that address the resource issues.
Work Quality. Other remedies of this Contract notwithstanding, if in the determination of the CSU a Contractor’s work quality is unacceptable or a deliverable does not function, the Contractor shall take corrective action at no additional charge to the CSU. If work quality remains unacceptable or deliverable is not corrected, the CSU shall not be charged.
Work Quality. All Work Orders performed in a calendar month will comply with the provisions of the Contractor Manual, and no Work performed by the Contractor will result in an RCN customer reporting a defect in the Work within thirty (30) days of the date that the Work is performed.
