No use of electricity from the System. 3.5.1 The Parties record and agree that this Agreement does not permit the supply of electrical energy to the Seller by the Distributor or from the System. The Parties record and agree that the connection of a Facility Unit to the System for purposes of drawing electrical energy from the System for any purpose shall be pursuant to a separate agreement entered into between the Seller and the System Operator.
