Common use of No Shows Clause in Contracts

No Shows. a. Any Resident not checked-in to their assigned apartment by 5:00 PM CST on the designated check-in date shall be considered a “no show” and will have their Apartment Contract cancelled. The first month’s rent will not be refunded, nor will the down payment. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis.
