No Press Release. 94. Neither Party shall issue any press release or shall otherwise initiate press coverage of the Settlement. If contacted, the Party may respond generally by stating that they are pleased a Settlement was reached and that the Party believes it was a fair and reasonable result. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as preventing Defendant from making necessary regulatory disclosures.
