Common use of No Other Brokers Clause in Contracts

No Other Brokers. Landlord and Tenant represent and warrant to each other that the Broker(s) named in Article 1 and Landlord’s Managing Agent are the only agents, Broker(s), finders or other parties with whom such party has dealt who may be entitled to any commission or fee with respect to this Lease or the Premises or the Property. Landlord and Tenant agree to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claim, demand, cost or liability, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, asserted by any party other than the Broker(s) named in Article 1 and Landlord’s Managing Agent based upon dealings of that party with the indemnifying party. Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of any brokerage fees to the Broker(s) named in Article 1 and Landlord’s Managing Agent. The provisions of this Section shall survive the Term or early termination of this Lease.
