Common use of No Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Benefits. Except as explicitly provided in this Section 7, the Executive shall not be entitled to any compensation, severance, or other benefits from the Company Group upon or following the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding anything else herein to the contrary, all payments and benefits due to the Executive under this Section 7 after termination of employment which are not otherwise required by law (other than Accrued Benefits) shall be contingent upon execution by the Executive (or the Executive’s beneficiary or estate) of a general release of all claims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, against the Company Group, its affiliates, and its then current and former equity holders, directors, employees, and agents, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Release”) and such Release becoming irrevocable no later than thirty (30) days following the Executive’s termination of employment.
