No Obligation to Supervise. The Lenders, Facility Agent and Lead Arranger may examine, supervise and check the loan purpose adopted by the Borrower. However, the Lenders, Facility Agent and Lead Arranger shall have no obligations to supervise the actual loan purpose adopted by the Borrower.

No Obligation to Supervise. The Lenders, Agent Banks and Mandated Lead Arrangers shall have the right to examine, supervise and check the Co-Borrowers' application of the proceeds of the facility. However, the Lenders, Agent Banks and Mandated Lead Arranger shall have no obligations to supervise the actual application of the proceeds of the facility by the Co-Borrowers.
No Obligation to Supervise. For clarity, nothing in this Agreement will be construed to create any obligation on the part of Client to supervise any of the activities of the Affiliate, notwithstanding any rights Client may have to obtain information from or to terminate Affiliate under this Agreement.
