No Merger of Estate. This Lease shall not operate as a merger of the Lessee’s leasehold estate in the Leased Property and the Lessee’s fee estate in the Leased Property shall not cause the leasehold interest granted to the Lessor under the Site Lease to be extinguished.

All Partnership assets shall be recorded as the property of the Partnership in its books and records, irrespective of the name in which record title to such Partnership assets is held.
