Common use of No MAE Clause in Contracts

No MAE. Since December 31, 2016, excluding results from (i) general changes in hydrocarbon prices, (ii) general changes in industry or economic conditions, and (iii) general changes in political conditions, including any engagements of hostilities, acts of war or terrorist activities or changes imposed by a governmental authority associated with additional security, there has not been any change, development or event that, individually or in the aggregate, has had or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
