In recognition of the Purchaser’s right to have its attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement secured by the security interests granted herein, notwithstanding payment in full of all obligations Seller may owe the Purchaser, Purchaser shall not be required to record any terminations or satisfactions of any of Purchaser’s liens created or granted herein unless and until Seller has executed and delivered to Purchaser a general release in the form of Exhibit E hereto. Seller understands that this provision constitutes a waiver of its rights under §9-513 of the UCC.
