No insurance/Loss of Use. In the event any insurance does not apply to or cover any incident or occurrence during Customer’s use of the aircraft due to Customer’s negligence, gross negligence, non- compliance with FARs or the CFI instruction, breach of this Agreement, or willful conduct or misconduct, the Customer shall be liable for all losses, damages, costs, awards, verdicts, or other expenses suffered by or related to such incident or occurrence, including coverage any of any deductible on any applicable insurance policy. In the event that any losses, damages, injuries or claims are caused by the Customer’s negligence or breach of this Agreement, and the Customer has no renter’s insurance coverage, the Customer shall be responsible for the costs of the loss of use of the aircraft (minimum $2,500) and may be held liable for all direct and indirect damages and any applicable deductible. Therefore, Aerowood Aviation strongly recommends all student pilots obtain their own renter’s insurance policy.

  • Insurance – Liability Contractor shall purchase and maintain at their own expense the insurance noted below. All insurance shall apply on a primary, non-contributory basis and remain in effect for the duration of the contract terms. Any policy written on a ‘claims made’ basis may only be done so with the written approval and authorization of the City of Bend and coverage written in this manner shall extend for two years past completion and acceptance of Contractor’s work or services.

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.   • Errors and Omissions, Professional Liability or Malpractice Insurance Contractor may be required to carry errors and omissions, professional liability or malpractice insurance. All policies shall remain in force through the life of this Contract and shall be payable on a "per occurrence" basis unless County specifically consents to a "claims made" basis. The insurer shall supply County adequate proof of insurance and/or a certificate of insurance evidencing coverages and limits prior to commencement of work. Should any of the required insurance policies in this Contract be cancelled or non-renewed, it is the Contractor’s duty to notify the County immediately upon receipt of the notice of cancellation or non-renewal. If Contractor does not carry a required insurance coverage and/or does not meet the required limits, the coverage limits and deductibles shall be set forth on a waiver, Exhibit C, attached hereto. Failure to provide and maintain the insurance required by this Contract will constitute a material breach of this Contract. In addition to any other available remedies, County may suspend payment to the Contractor for any services provided during any time that insurance was not in effect and until such time as the Contractor provides adequate evidence that Contractor has obtained the required coverage.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Excess Public Liability Insurance over and above the Employers’ Liability Commercial General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance coverage, with a minimum combined single limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) per occurrence/Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) aggregate.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:
