The BBP Group Members have no material contingent liability in connection with any release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into the environment other than such contingent liabilities at any one time and from time to time which would reasonably be expected to not exceed applicable insurance coverage, or for which adequate reserves for the payment thereof as required by GAAP have been provided, except for any such contingent liabilities which, in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to result in remedial obligations having a Material Adverse Effect.
