Additional Loans Clause Samples

The 'Additional Loans' clause defines the terms under which a borrower may obtain further loans from the lender beyond the original loan agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions, approval processes, and any limitations or requirements for securing extra funds, such as maintaining certain financial ratios or obtaining lender consent. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for expanding the borrowing relationship, ensuring both parties understand the process and criteria for additional lending, and thereby reducing uncertainty or disputes over future financing needs.
