No Commercial Use. Customer agrees not to use the Phone Service for any commercial reason. If you use the Service for any other purpose, Xxxxxx may immediately suspend, restrict or cancel your service without prior notice. Interference/Hazardous Conditions. Xxxxxx may shut down your Service without prior notice if Xxxxxx finds, in Xxxxxx’x sole discretion, that your use of the Service is causing interference to others or Customer has moved or tampered or allowed others to tamper with any Equipment. Xxxxxx may also shut down your Service without prior notice if Xxxxxx finds, in Xxxxxx’x sole discretion, that hazardous conditions exist that would make your continued use of the Service unsafe.
