Common use of No Commercial Use Clause in Contracts

No Commercial Use. Lessee will use the Aircraft under this Agreement for, and only for, his own account, including the carriage of his guests, and will not use the Aircraft for purposes of providing transportation of passengers or cargo in air commerce for compensation or hire as a commercial operator or air carrier.
