NO CHARGE(S) FOR TOWN USE OF THE I-NET. The Issuing Authority and Charter hereby agree that the Issuing Authority, its designees and Town departments may use the I-Net for the term of this IRU Agreement without charges of any kind or manner being paid to Charter.
