No Benefit to Third Parties. The covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns and Buyer’s designees, provided that Buyer’s ability to assign such Services to a designee shall in no way increase or modify the Services performed by Seller, and except for the rights of Buyer Indemnified Parties under Article 4, they shall not be construed as conferring any rights on any other Persons.
