Liability to Third Parties. Except as otherwise provided by the Act, the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and the Member shall not be obligated or liable in any capacity (including as a member or as a manager of the Company) for any such debt, obligation or liability, including under any judgment, decree or order of any court.
