No Benefit to Third Parties. The provisions of this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns, and they shall not be construed as conferring any rights in any other Persons except as otherwise expressly provided in Clause 19 (indemnity). The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this Agreement.
