Common use of NIGHT ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

NIGHT ASSIGNMENTS. 6.5.1 Unit Members may be assigned up to eighteen (18) days consisting of up to one hundred fifteen (115) night assignment hours during registration and orientation periods during the academic year, with the understanding and agreement that additional night assignment hours may be required to be scheduled and assigned at these and other times during the academic year in accordance with operation needs.
