New Work. 5-4.01 The Company may create and utilize new positions and/or classifications under this Agreement. In such circumstances, the Union may negotiate the wages for such new position or classifications with the Company, unless the change occurs within ninety (90) days prior to the termination of the Agreement, in which case the new rate will become part of the normal bargaining process.
