New Building. In the event of a new building, the City shall provide for all bargaining unit members a locker/changing room with shower facilities. The City also agrees to purchase and maintain stationary exercise equipment, such as a treadmill, stair-stepper, stationary bicycle, etc., for use of bargaining unit members on the Police Department building grounds.
