New Activities. In the event that ATT and Helix identify the opportunity to develop new Products, and intend to enter into a joint development activity which shall create a new design of Products, the Parties agree to discuss the proprietary nature of such opportunity and if they agree to enter into such joint agreement activity, they shall execute a separate agreement which shall define ownership and use of intellectual property.
