Network System Installation and Setup. 1. The Engineer shall be responsible for procurement of all equipment and wiring required for the installation needed to provide a complete and operational network system. Installation of equipment on towers to provide line-of-sight communications to the whole network. 2. The Engineer will be onsite for the start of the installation to provide support for COL staff for equipment installation at the first two (2) traffic signals. The Engineer will provide all necessary support as needed throughout the duration of the network installation. 3. COL will provide the installation of devices provided by the consultant for the 22 NEMA signal cabinets (only P and M cabinets) and include switches, antennas, and cables. The switches need to be able to accommodate the battery backup and video detection at each signal. 4. To support life video detection for the system, the contractor shall ensure ample wifi Mb/s speed at each intersection. An integrated core wifi ring shall be part of the upgraded wifi system. The consultant shall provide surge protection for the wifi at all intersections. 5. The Engineer shall determine the requirements for locations of wireless network antennas to fully connect the entire network. The Engineer shall be responsible for the installation of the antennas and cables on all towers, as determined, and at the new Municipal Operations Center. The COL currently has access to two (2) towers (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cemetery and Water Tank Tower). Details for requirements for climbing and installing on the towers will be provided in an Addendum. 6. The consultant shall work with the COL to install all hardware and software necessary to make a fully functioning standalone network system, independent from the COL IT network at the MOC.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.
