Installation and Use. You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.

Installation and Use. You may: (a) Install and use a copy of the Software on designated system as per your Purchases which can be servers or Systems or Clients. All your Systems / Server are MAC address defined and are only for user on those systems and as a part of installation this is recorded while issuing the license to use the application.

You shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install the Software on the hard disk of a computer or other permanent medium for data storage, installation and storage of the Software in the memory of a computer system and to implement, store and display the Software.

If you have acquired a floating license you may install one copy of the Product on any number of computers but simultaneously use no more than the number of Product purchased. A License for the Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
Installation and Use. CorDEX Instruments grants you the right to install and use copies of the CorDEX Software on any computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the CorDEX Software was designed [e.g. Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows Vista, Windows 7].
