Network Hardware Equipment. To use the Enhanced Voice Service, Customer may need in addition to an MTA (as referenced above), an Enterprise Services Gateway (“ESG”) or other adapter device. Customer can lease an ESG from Comcast, in which case it will be Comcast Equipment. Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) information may be found on the Website.
