Needs to Improve. During the evaluation period, the evaluator(s) of the unit members shall take affirmative action to assist in correcting any cited deficiencies. Such action shall include specific written recommendations for improvement and assistance in implementing such recommendations. The evaluator shall consult with the unit member before establishing a support plan. The unit member may request to have a union representative at this consultation, provided that the availability of a representative shall not delay this consultation. (1995-96)
