Common use of NAV CANADA on Clause in Contracts

NAV CANADA on. occasion, may utilize the services of a third party medical provider to assist with the early return to work of an employee on sick leave or to improve the employee’s attendance at work. It is understood that the services of the third party will be conducted in a fashion that is neither arbitrary nor discriminatory and is in good faith.
