Common use of National Competitive Bidding Procedures Clause in Contracts

National Competitive Bidding Procedures. 1. Subject to the provisions of this Schedule, the procedures to be followed for national competitive bidding shall, to the extent applicable, and except as may be otherwise agreed between the Recipient and the Association, be those set forth in Presidential Decree No.80/2003 of the Republic of Indonesia with the clarifications and modifications described in the following paragraphs required for compliance with the provisions of the “Procurement Guidelines”.
