Common use of Name of Business Clause in Contracts

Name of Business. To the extent that the names, marks, logos or indicia of Click! Business, (the “Click! Marks”), are incorporated in or on the Related Surplus Assets, Rainier may continue to use the Click! Marks pursuant to the terms of the license set forth in Exhibit P to the IRU Agreement. Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that except as expressly set forth in Exhibit P to the IRU Agreement, it shall have no rights in and to any trade names, trademarks, service marks, Internet domain names or logos owned by Tacoma Power or any trade names, trademarks, service marks, Internet domain names or logos confusingly similar thereto.
