Common use of Name and Likeness Clause in Contracts

Name and Likeness. During the period this Agreement remains in effect, ----------------- Company shall have the right to use Employee's name as well as Employee's biography and likeness in the form approved by Employee in connection with its business, including in advertising its products and services, and may, with Employee's permission, which shall not be withheld unreasonably, grant this right to others, but not for use as a direct endorsement.
